Users of the online Urban Planning Technical Assistance platform now have a new service that allows them to pay the fees associated with their applications immediately when submitting their applications on the platform, in an easy and intuitive way. 

With this change, which came into effect this week, the procedure has become faster for all residents and technicians who submit urban planning applications to the municipality of Famalicão.

It should be noted that, until now, after the submission of applications, a prior analysis of the fee request was necessary, and only then was the payment made. Now, this entire procedure is carried out in a single step. 

‘The aim is to enable every citizen to speed up the process in a simple way, avoiding unnecessary trips to the services and finding faster answers, thereby improving the quality of public service,’ says the Mayor, Mário Passos, noting this further step in the administrative modernisation of the municipality's services.

‘We will all save time in managing processes, particularly residents,’ he adds.

The measure will speed up processes, improve citizen services and enhance the efficiency of municipal services.
