It is in the new study rooms of the Famalicão Bus Station that the students of the municipality have been preparing for the exams season that started last Monday.
Since its inauguration, in the end of May, the space has already received almost three thousand students that have found here "very good conditions" to catch up with their studies.
This is the case of Dinis Ferreira, a student of the 12th year of Camilo Castelo Branco Secondary School, who has been studying here for the national exams of Mathematics, Biology and Physics-Chemistry.
"I find the space very practical and very comfortable, with good conditions for both individual and group study. I have also been here studying with other colleagues and the experience was very good", explained the young student from Famalicão.
Located in the upper floor of the Bus Station, the new study rooms are available for secondary school and higher education students from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 9pm. During the exam season, the space will be open until 11pm, and will also be open on Sundays, between 10am and 7pm.
The two study rooms have a capacity of about 130 seats, with a pantry area and toilets. The Bernardino Machado room is for individual study, while the Camilo Castelo Branco room is for collective study and work.
To access the Study Rooms students should only fill in a registration form available at the reception desk or at the Youth House. After admission, the access is made with a personal and non-transferable user card.
