At the beginning of 2019, I was on the verge of chaos. Trapped in a relationship that was toxic most of the time. Held hostage by my own identity crisis and emotional attachment to a feeling that turned out to be my biggest childhood trauma. Fat. Sloppy. And without light. In a loop of accumulating work to pay off the debt accumulated by a life beyond my means. Exhausted. With no life beyond this. Trying to stay afloat and with the first physical signs of illness. This book was the culmination of this mismatch and turned out to be the greatest of life's adventures.
