A cloak-and-dagger adventure adapts Alexandre Dumas' most famous novel, which is inspired by real characters and follows important events that took place in France in the 17th century, during the reign of Louis XIII. The story follows the courageous D'Artagnan, a young man who arrives in Paris with the aim of joining the king's group of musketeers, a corps of elite swordsmen trained to protect the monarchy. By chance, his destiny crosses paths with that of the inseparable Porthos, Aramis and Athos, famous throughout France for their valour, irreverence and total loyalty to the crown. Together, they will have to face the ruthless Cardinal Richelieu and his mysterious accomplice, Milady, who have a plan to dethrone the king and take power.
