The recent history of the world has revealed incredible similarities with a dark past. The strategies are old, but the instruments have changed for the times. The authoritarian projects that have emerged all over the world have become no less dangerous than the mafia. They have found a media outlet willing to listen to them and normalise their hate speech. Let's look inside our borders and at the most refined demagoguery in parliament. Arturo Ui is an easily recognisable character in our political landscape. His gang of mobsters are very present on social media, in private messages of hate, in the comments boxes of the media, so often replicated in coffee table conversations. Meanwhile, the reconfiguration of the political system is already underway and the far right is presenting itself as the third political force on the national scene. Hate speech is proliferating and reactionaries are coming out of the woodwork vying for a place in the sun.
