To celebrate the International Day for Monuments and Sites, the Lapa Chapel Museum of Sacred Art opens its doors at special hours and promotes two activities throughout April 19th. In the morning, at 9h30, the workshop Paper Carving will take place, in which the participants will have the opportunity to transpose, in a creative way and using the decal or drawing technique, visible elements characteristic of the Baroque in the gilded woodcarving that they have explored during their visit to the Museum. In the afternoon, from 14h30, the Museum promotes the route "Together for a cause". In this activity, the public is invited to walk through the streets of the city to discover the historical path of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Vila Nova de Famalicão using the dichotomy past/present in images, through the life and work of Francisco Ignácio Tinoco de Sousa with the community of Vila Nova de Famalicão.
