Once upon a time in New York City, two siblings - Tabitha and Louis - discovered a box in the entrance hall of their flat. Curious, Tabitha opens the box and frees five fairy-tale villains who were imprisoned there. Finally free, the terrible villains start wreaking havoc in the flat! But when they discover that writing in Tabitha's notebook gives them control over other fictional characters, things start to get complicated... Can Tabitha use the power of her writing to save herself and her brother? Or are the villains spreading out of control in New York? A clever comedy that demonstrates the importance of villains in any story.
