MUDA aims to mirror the diversity of the human condition on stage, creating opportunities for the development of its multiple expressions. It does so through circus art, a fertile territory for the exercise of creativity, given its composite and ever-changing nature. The aim is to explore performance work in correlation with the aesthetics of silent cinema, highlighting the expression of pantomime, the raw and the grotesque to open the door to fantasy and illusion.
Humour intertwines with tragedy, fantasy with reality and violence with love. The mute expanse of things reveals a complex world that, like tightrope walkers, challenges us to transcend the paradoxes of humanity and find the point of convergence that leads us to the discovery of beauty.
