This session will include functional exercises and exercises in Clinical Pilates, among others, aiming to draw everyone's attention to the need to invest in prevention and promotion of health, with the guidance of a specialist physiotherapist. Should weather conditions not allow it, the class will be held at the Education Services, with a maximum capacity of 20 participants, in order of arrival. Just turn up 5 minutes before class time and bring your exercise mat.
