Ingmar invites some of his closest friends to his home for dinner. An unlikely meeting, given their characteristics, but not impossible.  The dinner takes place with conversations about the uncertainties that each of them has in their relationship with the other. Ironic and suspicious, Ingmar tries, with some difficulty, to moderate the effect of the conflict, which is nothing other than: the meaning of life, the depths of the soul, pain, dreams, the deepest secrets that are never revealed to anyone, and which leads them to confront themselves in a place inside, agitated by cruel doubts.
