Young Davud leaves his home and goes in search of a family that will give encouragement and meaning to his life. During the 24 hours of one day, he meets people who show him the inconstancy of existence. Resigned, he decides to return to the place where he has always lived. There, he finds true love. But now it may already be too late. A road movie directed by Hilal Baydarov (a filmmaker from Baku, capital of Azerbaijan, who was Béla Tarr's pupil in Sarajevo) that, with this film, debuted in Venice competition. The executive production is by the Mexican Carlos Reygadas and the American Joslyn Barnes.
