‘PÓS-TERRA’, the new exhibition at Casa do Território, is a fictional art installation based on the premise: "What would you do in a new world? Ideas to make this world better!"
It's a proposal by artist Miguel Ângelo Marques (Guimarães, 1994) that aims to make tangible and sensorial a set of ideas that exist on a more abstract or dispersed level and summons the viewer to new narratives that establish the disciplinary crossroads between Art/Education/Environment/Community.
The installation will be constructed using various techniques, from sculpture to video and photography. These objects are built on the artist's continuous thinking about the climate issue, and are intended to reflect the fundamental idea that inaugural gestures in a new world would be preponderant for the future and would mould it.
