Porto Pianofest presents in concert a selection of the most outstanding participants of the Artistic Residencies and Masterclasses programme, who travel from Europe, North America and Asia for this edition of the festival. Pianist and director of PPF, Nuno Marques, will present the concert. Porto Pianofest is a 10-day event, centred on the best music, art and culture. With its base in Porto, it has presentations in New York, Washington DC and VN Famalicão. This international music festival fuses European and North American pedagogical methods through artist residencies. In its third collaboration with the Municipality of VN Famalicão, the PPF will present some of the most outstanding participants of the Artist Residencies and Masterclasses programme of this edition, who travel to Portugal exclusively to participate in the festival. These are pianists who, despite their youth, already have considerable careers and who for a week will have the opportunity to dedicate themselves to the preparation and subsequent presentation of their work in concert.
