Georg Kienzler's dementia is progressing day by day, making him increasingly dependent on his daughters Sandra and Elodie. When they realise that perhaps the time has come to admit him into a nursing home, Sandra - who has been struggling to raise her daughter since her husband's death - undertakes an intensive search to find the best possible place. And it is in the process that she meets up again with Clément, a friend she has not seen for a long time, with whom she becomes romantically involved and who helps her manage this particularly difficult time in her life.
