Lisbon, 1953. Victor Palla and Costa Martins are friends, architects and both share an intense taste in photographing Lisbon. They photograph the city together in order to later put this adventure together in a photo book. They take over 6000 photographs. In 1959, Lisbon, a sad and joyful city, was circulated in fascicles. The book remains forgotten for half a century and only after the death of both gains a sudden prominence, becoming the Portuguese Photobook with the greatest international projection of all time. Against the backdrop of the "graphic poem" by Victor Palla and Costa Martins, the film is an invitation to cross-interpreting the city of Lisbon, inspired by the photographs of the two friends photographers.
