Organized by the Gindança Academy - Association of Gymnastics and Dance of Famalicão, with the support of the City Council, the competition covers this year the World Championship of Juniors II in the Ten Dances, An event held for the first time in Portugal aimed at the best dancers in the world aged up to 15 years, as well as the 6th, and final, of the National Circuit of Sports Dance in Latin and standard. Around 150 pairs from all over the continent and islands will take part in the National Circuit competition, in which the final results of this year’s edition of the National Circuit will be determined. In the context of the World Junior Championship, it is expected the participation of 40 peers from the four corners of the planet, and Portugal will be represented by the young famalicenses Gabriela Teixeira and Tomás Gomes, athletes of Gymnastics.
