Earth is a true "film-poem" through which parade the most beautiful images that Ukrainian cinema has produced. A story of generations that begins with the image of a grandfather in an orchard surrounded by his family and loved ones. A peaceful death will give way to tumultuous times. By embracing death as a process of change, the film summons a spiritual vision about the end of a way of life. Depicting the struggle between kulaks and kolkozes (landowners and agricultural cooperatives), the film is a lyrical dazzle and a pantheistic manifestation. Since its tumultuous premiere, due to censorship by the Soviet authorities, it has remained Aleksandr Dovzhenko's most important work. Its striking visual beauty, complex and sophisticated editing convey the idea of a sensual and exuberant celebration of life. A vital influence on an entire generation of filmmakers, "Earth" is a masterpiece of cinema history.

There are many stories that bring together this instrumental duo, made up of Hugo Ferreira (guitar and synthesisers) and Nuno Sousa (drums and synthesisers), inside and outside MUAY. Firstly, architecture, a craft common to both, and the way they view architectural and musical practices, wandering through their intersections and collaborations within the contemporary Portuguese artistic scene and the creative territory of the northern interior of the country. After "S E M F I M" (2019), the third album, they released, in March 2022, a special edition of the soundtrack created for the film "Terra", by Aleksandr Dovzhenko, recorded live at the presentation of the show "EARTH by MUAY", a co-production of Clube Objetivo Cinema in Penafiel and Cinemax Penafiel.
