Free registrations at www.desportave.pt, until the 6th, except for the senior and veteran classes with a fee of three euros | Registrations for the Walk can only be made, in person or by phone, at Casa de Esmeriz / Cabeçudos.

Registrations are open for the 7th Esmeriz and Cabeçudos Popular Race, an organisation of the Parish Council, with the support of the Vila Nova de Famalicão City Council and the collaboration of the Braga Athletics Association.  The competition is aimed at athletes from all sports backgrounds, from the youngest child, children, initiates, juveniles, juniors, seniors and veterans. The Walk starts at 17h00, with a route through some of the most emblematic places of the Parish.
