Leo, a skilled boxer, has just received the news that he has a brain tumor. Wandering aimlessly through the streets of Tokyo, he comes across Monica, a girl on the run, involved in a prostitution and drug trafficking scheme. When he decides to protect her, he doesn't suspect that he's been targeted by a group of corrupt cops, the yakuza criminal organization and a ruthless assassin sent by a Chinese triad. In the midst of the chaos of that strange night, while fighting for their own lives, Leo and Monica fall in love. Premiered at the Directors' Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival, a romantic and ultraviolent "thriller" with the signature of Japanese director Takashi Miike ("Angel or Demon", "Ichi the Killer", "One Missed Call"). Masataka Kubota, Nao Omori, Shota Sometani and Sakurako Konishi and Becky take the lead roles.
