Philippe Lemesle is going through a particularly terrible time in his life. Director of a multinational company, he is under pressure to lay off 58 employees. Despite his delicate position, he does what he can to protect his employees, trying to find other ways to save money without jeopardising their jobs. However, all his dedication to the company, especially the pressure of these last few months, has caused a major estrangement from his wife, who has asked him for a divorce, and from their unstable son. Written and directed by Stéphane Brizé ("At War", "The Measure of a Man"), this is a dramatic film about the pressure of work on personal life and the need to prioritise. The cast includes Vincent Lindon (also protagonist of “The Measure of a Man"), Sandrine Kiberlain, Anthony Bajon, Marie Drucker and Guillaume Draux.
