This week's 'Vai à Vila' will be dedicated to employment. On May 18th and 19th, about twenty leading companies from the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão will be at D. Maria II Square to present the multiple job opportunities available. The Job Market will be open on Thursday and Friday, from 10am to 8pm.
Continental, Riopele, TMG and Campicarn are some of the companies from the municipality that will be present in this event and will present the professional profiles they are looking for, sharing employment opportunities. This event is an opportunity for students, unemployed or citizens in search of new professional opportunities to contact some of the main employers in Famalicão.
In parallel, during Friday, 19th of May, training sessions will take place where topics such as how to build a CV and what behaviours to adopt during an interview will be explored, especially addressed to immigrant citizens. The sessions will take place at the Famalicão Borough Council, at Rua Adriano Pinto Basto, with free entrance.
On Saturday, May 20, in the morning, there will be ballroom dancing with AJU - Associação Joanense Unidança, and on Sunday, also during this period, Os Delaenses, Musical and Recreational Association of the parish of Delães, will give music to those who walk around the city.
We remind you that the Urban Markets are part of the initiative 'Vai à Vila!', a regular animation program in the city centre, that will fill practically every weekend until the end of the year, conciliating the new urban centre with an intense cultural and ludic dynamic.
