When he decides to protect her, he doesn't suspect that he's been targeted by a group of corrupt cops, the yakuza criminal organization and a ruthless assassin sent by a Chinese triad. In the midst of the chaos of that strange night, while fighting for their own lives, Leo and Monica fall in love. Premiered at the Directors' Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival, a romantic and ultraviolent "thriller" with the signature of Japanese director Takashi Miike ("Angel or Demon", "Ichi the Killer", "One Missed Call"). Masataka Kubota, Nao Omori, Shota Sometani and Sakurako Konishi and Becky take the lead roles.
Note: The tickets for the film sessions shown at Casa das Artes de Vila Nova de Famalicão programmed by "Cineclube de Joane" are sold on the day of the session itself, 30 minutes before the beginning of the session.
