Famalicense entrepreneurs and startups will 'occupy' Praça D. Maria II, to make known the businesses that are flourishing in Vila Nova de Famalicão. The Entrepreneurship Market will bring together 17 young companies from Geração Made IN on 26 and 27 May in the city centre.
From adventure tourism to aesthetics, those who visit the urban centre of Famalicão in these days will be able to meet entrepreneurial ideas and start-ups with innovative business concepts and products, in a space that intends to provide the meeting between entrepreneurs, young people, stakeholders, partners and investors, as well as inspire new businesses through the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit of the territory, which plays an important role in the development of the municipality.
It is worth reminding that Geração Made IN, a family of companies born from the municipal initiative, Famalicão Made IN, is one of the major bets of the City Hall of Vila Nova de Famalicão to promote the economic development of the municipality.
The Entrepreneurship Market will operate from 3pm to 8pm on Friday and from 9.30am to 8pm on Saturday.
Also in the scope of the initiative 'Vai à Vila', a regular animation program in Vila Nova de Famalicão's city centre, which has filled the weekends with Urban Markets and cultural animation, there will be cultural dynamics on Saturday and Sunday, between 10am and 1pm.
TOCA, Academia de Artes Performativas de Joane, will provide music on Saturday, May 27, with its percussion group, and Boinas Negras, from Vermoim, will be dressed up on their old pastry bicycles on Sunday, May 28, spreading good humour to whoever is in the city centre.
